We had an amazing time at Hard Rock Hotel and would definitely stay there again. Very family friendly with lots to do, beautiful, friendly and helpful staff. The pool is incredible! Very close to Waterbom (we walked there) and lots of shopping nearby. Best holiday ever 😊

This was a fun place to stay with good facilities. The hotel itself is a little bit dated and could do with a freshen up but apart from that it was good. pretty good value for the basic room. There seem to be a limited supply of hot water which wasn’t good.

The hotel is in a convenient situation, clean, food was good and staff very good. It is a good option for couples with children due to its facilities. However, we found it too busy and at times, very noisy for us, being an older couple and I wouldn't rebook.
