"Friendly, polite staff. Warm welcome and even better they gave us a free upgrade! Super big bedroom overlooking the square. No noise at all as windows had extra glazing. Had to switch off heating as very warm. Not sure if aircon available but as it was December we didn’t need it. Well located. Definitely will return. "

It is close to public transit and walkable to many of the main attractions in central London. It is also close to most of the musicals. It is also well worth it to add on the breakfast to your reservation. The staff are super friendly, especially Cyan. And the concierge Andrea hooked us up with great hop on hop off bus passes and had great dining recommendations."
