"Wonderful modern room. Free pastries and coffee and juice I. The mornings. Friendly, helpful staff. I have stayed at 3 hotels on Leicester Square and this is my favorite. Love the location—close to EVERYTHING."

"This hotel is at an excellent, very central location. The hotel staff are extremely helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a library to sit and relax with all types of complimentary teas and coffee drinks. Dinner entrees are wonderful. The room decor could be updated and the rooms are not as large as in the States. Breakfast was also underwhelming in comparison to the price. Otherwise, highly recommend."

"This was the single-worst hotel experience I have ever had. Ever, in life, and I'm a 45-year-old man. I rarely ever bother to provide a review of anything, but I feel like it's my sworn duty to warn people about this place. The room was subpar even by cheap roadside motel standards. The entire space looked like it had been assembled from Ikea furniture. The bed mattress looked and felt like something that had been taken out of a dumpster. There was no AC in the hotel, which was brutal during record-high May temperatures in the UK. The window would only crack open due to safety measures, and even then, I had to decide between leaving it shut and suffering the heat, or opening it and dealing with the insane noise outside that carried on until 3 a.m. I had booked this room for 2 nights, but it was such a miserable experience that I just ate the cost of the second night and moved to another hotel. It was very misleading because the lobby of the hotel is extremely nice and modern. Do yourself a favor and never go anywhere near this dump."

Also the breakfast buffet lacked a varied breakfast offering, particularly with regard to child-friendly options.”. Overall, the staff were quite responsive and friendly, which was very good."

"The location can't be bettered. Staff friendly and everything immaculate. The club upgrade is well worth it, even just for drinks in the cafe downstairs. The size of the room, can't be ignored. It is absolutely tiny. Access to the bed is from one side only and the glass partition to the toilet is opaque. Even for a couple, you will need to be very friendly. That said, the bed was very comfortable."
