My room was comfortable but the only niggles were a lack of hot water on my first morning and a slow draining shower. Thankfully it didn't overflow, but I reported both issues on my departure. "The hotel has a pub, cafe/pizzeria and shop onsite. We were upgraded to a room in the City Sleeper part of the hotel which looks freshly decorated. Liked the Brit pop style panels along the corridors. We had a room looking down into the courtyard so no traffic noise. The room was quite spacious and the twin beds were not next to each other which was great as we are not a couple. Ate in the pub and the food was good."
