"La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service.
I definitely want to come back.

"Had higher expectations of the lodging based on pictures and descriptions. Was not a comfortable or clean place to stay for those of us who aren’t in our 20s and who didn’t intend on staying at a large hostel. I love hostels but this was priced like a low cost hotel but without amenities."

"Wonderful Experience! Staff was very attentive and accomidating. Breakfast was great, shuttle options were wonderful and the Onsen was superb. Being walking distance to chair lifts with access to Happo One was added plus"

This was our first trip to Japan and our first time staying in a traditional Japanese Ryokan. We will be back. Loved it.
It's family-owned - Toshi and his family were very welcoming, spoke good English, had loads of local knowledge to help us out and had traditional breakfasts and dinners on offer (cooked by Toshi's mother, who comes out and greets everyone at meal time - FYI: you need to book the day before for dinners).

Excellent property with the kindest hosts. The option to cook and do your laundry was really useful for me on a longer stay here. The beds are comfy, everything in the room is in great condition. The property is a short drive/ride from all the Hakuba has to offer and the hosts were very helpful with transporting me around the area.
Staying here made my time in Hakuba so enjoyable. I can't wait to come back and explore more of the mountains.
Plus, if you stay here, you might get to pat Hakuba's...

Stay was amazing ! Mr Fukushima was so kind - he helped us with discounted lift tickets, picked us up from the train station and took us grocery shopping. Location was right at the Iwatake gondola. Please note the unit is in traditional Japanese style - sleeping on the floor with Japanese pillows (very different to western pillows). Highly recommend !

The best service I have ever experienced around the world! The staff here are amazing. Beautiful rooms with amazing views.
The breakfast is a 5 course meal or buffet- highly recommend. They have a free shuttle service which saves you so much $ on taxis.
Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Loved this hotel. Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms and onset.
Staff transferred us from and to the train station. There is a bus stop right outside that take you to happo, Hakuba 47, Goryu and Iimori all free of charge. Short walk to Echoland restaurants and a great Ramen restaurant opposite the local 7-11.

Friendly, warm and homely. In the middle of the action with all the ski shuttles and ski hire etc almost at the front door. Also a lovely hot spar bath after a day on the slopes. Owner friendly and helpful.
