"Close access to the ski slopes. Property and room is a little rundown and old compared to as advertised. Hot water was not working but staff accommodated me to another room. Room has poor noise isolation so you can hear your neighbors. Toilet seat lid does not stay up! Friendly and helpful staff nevertheless."

"Really helpful staff and very delicious breakfast buffet. Had ski storage and public bath was very clean and nice to be use. 1 less star because a lot of things were not refilled, like tea bags at the tea station or the lotion in the public bath area "

"Great buffet breakfast, hotel was about a 8-10 min walk to main lift at Happo One and close walk to restaurants and pubs. Onsen on site with sauna which was nice after a long day on the slopes. Rooms were clean, just old and outdated mattresses/appliances/shower. Otherwise I had a great stay "

"Property was amazing. Staff was kind enough to accommodate my request for a private onsen room. Which I should have booked initially but didn't realize was an option. Shuttle bus stop at the front door will take you to various ski resorts in the area. Staff is excellent, helpful, kind. Restaurant is great! Had use of a ski locker as well. Full locker, not just a place to hang skus and poles. "

"Had higher expectations of the lodging based on pictures and descriptions. Was not a comfortable or clean place to stay for those of us who aren’t in our 20s and who didn’t intend on staying at a large hostel. I love hostels but this was priced like a low cost hotel but without amenities."
