"We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful for getting around Hakuba! It’s very close to Goryu and several restaurants. They also serve dinner and breakfast there if you don’t want to go out, and the food truck outside is a big plus. It was great to have a quiet accommodation near the slopes. The dry room has a spot to place your ski equipment as well. "

"We loved our stay here. Shuto and Yuya were excellent hosts. This place definitely gives off hostel/community vibes however you get the comfort of your own room. Convenient location. It’s hard to get around town if you don’t have a car but there are a few shuttles running throughout the day. "

"A beautiful tucked away spot in Hakuba! The surrounding forest was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts. About 15min walk to Goryu or they can take you in the shuttle. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated for, also a lovely spot focusing around keeping your dogs happy and taken care of. Spacious cabin feel and a decent restaurant with some nice options :) I would recommend this to anyone visiting in the winter or summer"

"This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a more traditional Japanese stay while in a ski town! The lady at the front desk was amazing and super helpful! The onsen was a great added bonus! "Saiko san and Li made my stay very accommodating. I felt like i was at home. Everything was awesome. So close to the Hakuba station and close to food, shopping and, of course, the ski resorts. Hakuba is a gem, but Hakuba West Coast inn is a great place to stay. Saiko-san speaks perfect english and made everyones stay with her a very special memory."
