"This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though."

"宿泊施設周辺は静かで、ゆっくりできました。 しかし、施設は古くお湯の調整がむずかい。トイレは鍵が故障していてロックができませんでした。 共同浴場のトイレは流れが悪くて使えない。 また、炊飯器を借りましたが、しゃもじがなく、取りに行きましたが、ありませんと言われ仕方なくスプーンで代用。 古いのはどうしようもありませんが、施設や備品の管理をしっかりしてほしいです。"

Personally I rate Hakuba as one of the best snow resorts in the world. Access is fantastic, so much to explore, great snow, cheap & small lift lines (outside of Japanese holidays).

Hakuba is a nice introduction into Japan skiing. I dont think ill go back as a much more authentic variety if mountains exist.
