"The resort was well-maintained and clean. The employees at the resort are top-notch and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The only issue we ran into was the representative from Coco Bongo who wouldn't accept "no thank you" as an answer to the young adults in our group going off the resort to his club. He quickly became very angry and insulting. However, after the altercation he did stay away from us and I did the same. Lastly, I want to thank the resort and the staff for a great New Year's Eve party it was a perfect way to bring in 2026. "

"Overall, excellent stay. We upgraded to diamond club and it was worth every penny. Our primary butler, Nassar, was phenomenal. The food and drinks were so-so for the most part, but no major complaints. Indian restaurant, Taj, was so good. TVs didn’t have netflix option or ability to connect with devices and while we didn’t want to spend vac watching TV, we wanted to watch Stranger Things season finale. Wifi pretty good, AC great. Beautiful ocean views, enjoyed swim out but very cold water in all pools. Resort very fast to respond to needs while on site. Only 1 hot tub was warm on property and filled with kids, so unable to enjoy. Decent beach and pools, many bars. Enjoyed room service and mini bar. Tip the staff, be flexible and kind and it returns to you."
