"Please double check that instructions with the shuttle are in order. I arrived at Terminal 3 but the instructions were to meet at Terminal 2. I had no way to get there. No wifi. I don't want anyone else to feel scared and stranded. "

"Clean rooms, friendly staff, great service at the pools/ bar areas. Victor at the pool bar was the best, most friendly bartender we could have asked for. One negative is the process to reserve tables for dinners on the app. Our phones didn’t work for the app, only had 2 reserved dinners because of that but the buffet was fine for us. "

"I read a lot of reviews and I was a bit hesitant to go here but in the end, Sensira felt like home to my girls and I. It was worth every penny. The staff absolutely amazing, friendly and super hardworking. You cannot but feel their energy. It was my birthday and my daughters and we got a lovely surprise in the room. I loved the activities during the day by the pool. Food was good too, I’m not so picky so it was great for me and a lot of variety at the buffet restaurant. I loved going to the food shack all the time as well. Although I wished we could play on the beach but I get it’s the seaweed season. Still it was a lovely time. Shout out to Tony the bell boy, the front desk staff, the bartenders, Irma, every single person was amazing. I will definitely return again. We miss it there already. "
