"Staff friendly and accommodating , beautiful swim out king room with lovely view. Only recommendation is never let the gift shop run out of bug spray ( mosquito repellant ) they did not know when next shipment coming in but had hundreds of bottles of suntan lotion. It is an easy fix. "

"Property was very nice. Staff was great. My 5 year old loved the girls that ran the Kids Club. Food was really good. We only tried out 2 of the restaurants and did the buffets the rest. The only issue we had was the mosquitoes. I know it was mostly due to the time of year and the recent rain but they were bad. We didn't get to enjoy the taco festival that was outside at night. We heard from other travelers that other resorts had the same issue that week. So not blaming the resort."
