"Everything was great. All the staff from every area were so nice. They make you feel welcome as soon as you get there. I would like to mention Esteban aka “speedy” his help and service was amazing. Also, at the pool bar Eduardo gave us an amazing experience, he is one the best bartenders we have ever met. We would be back soon for sure. "

"Great resort and beach view from the balcony. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was thorough. Food was good. Somethings were amazing and some things I was a little disappointed. Overall, it was good the buffet had a huge selection. I liked that we didn’t have to make a reservation and it was first come first served. We would put our name down and then go get a drink to wait for our table. Only had to wait like 45 minutes, which is fine when you’re having a drink elsewhere. Restaurants were excellent. Pool area was great, however I wish there was a swim up bar. Entertainment staff was beyond excellent: shoutout to Emmanuel - he was a rockstar and exceeded our expectations! A designated smoking area on the resort somewhere would be nice. Overall our stay was amazing and we’d go there again. Emmanuel was a selling point for us! "

"Some staff ok. Others will discipline you because they are stressed or want to be in control. Whatever. Bartenders work long lines by having casual chats with co workers. Food in buffet is less than average. Indian & sushi restaurant are above average. Our room service was cut off before checkout. 5/10"

"The property was great for swimming at the pool and had a lot of family friendly activities. Excursions booked through the hotel were great! We weren't able to swim at the beach the entire trip, which was disappointing, but out of our control. Overall a good trip. "
