Everything was very nice, clean, good food, very polite staff. However, wifi is limited to only two devices, reservations at restaurants are very difficult to get which defeats the purpose of a la carte if not able to go, and beach is ok, but not very pretty in comparison to other beaches in cancun.

This Resort is excellent! This resort was exceptional from start to finish. The property is stunning, impeccably maintained, and designed to make you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed with every comfort you could want. They really need to figure out the dinner reservations!! My 1 complaint! Standing in line the next day we got there for 45 minutes is unnecessary. They could make restaurant reservations, much easier!

This is a very nice property and I love that you have access to all (3) properties. The staff was really friendly but be warned when you 1st get there they will try to sell you a timeshare. The rooftop pools are nice and not overly crowded.
