"Super clean, very attentive staff & we had a great time "

"Exceptional Staff and Beautifully Maintained Property Overall Rating: 4/5 We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa. Here is a breakdown of our experience: • Service: The staff was absolutely amazing! Every person we encountered was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. • Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean throughout our entire trip. • Property Condition: I’d rate the property a 4/5. While it could use some minor upgrades in certain areas, it’s clear that they are actively working on improvements. • Dining: Overall, the food was a 4/5. The buffet was a highlight with a huge variety of choices. However, our experience at the Italian restaurant was disappointing; the quality there just wasn't up to the standard of the rest of the resort. • The Beach: There was quite a bit of Sargassum (seaweed) on the beach during our visit. However, the resort staff was out there daily actively trying to clean it up, which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this resort for the service and cleanliness alone!"

"Pros: cleanliness, lush green vegetation/property with beautiful walking paths, frequent golf cart transportation (but can be a wait sometimes), access to all 3 properties, the cenote/waterslide area for kids was great! Cons: walking across road from Ha to Venus/Marina, staff not overly smily or happy to be there, theatre for shows is ghetto/indoors/small/packed full and never any seating, shows are not very good, beach is appalling, food was not in easy access and hard to come by compared to all the other resorts Ive been at, the buffets were tiny!!! Asian cuisine sign would have hot dogs and nuggets always :( limited rooms with ocean view (but even if u have ocean view you’ll be looking at murky brown water), a tiny beach (no use anyways)"

"It definitely has great food for all inclusive just my room has issues with the AC not working and I had to call them 4 different days to fix it and slept terrible cause I was got and muggy"

"The resort was clean overall minus Mexico’s seaweed problem, no one was at the beach. The rooms were clean (cleaned everyday) and staff were helpful but can get busy. Making reservations at the few restaurants can be a hassle as they fill up quickly, sometimes calling the front desk with no answer is a pain. I suggest walking down to the front desk as soon as you can to make reservations (8:30-3pm). Room service is definitely better with a $10 charge per service but you can order as much as you want. In my experience the food at resorts in Mexico are nothing to rave about but that is not a knock to Sinsera itself. It’s definitely geared towards kids even though there is an adults side. Overall I’d give it a 6/10 (2 adults and 3 children point of view). I’d return with as family but not as a couple. "
