Our room is really big with the beautiful kitchen a living dining room.Nice bed room with balcony.Comfortable bed with a nice pillows.Excellent location and away from the busy noisy hotel zone.

Overall very pleasant there, nice big rooms and comfortable in a residential area. Unfortunately a bit far from the beach access point, so the swimming pool or a taxi is the only option.

The suite was clean and quiet. The kitchen had a large fridge/freezer, but it only had a microwave so would have been a challenge to self-cater. We used the bed & breakfast option which was simple but nice, fresh fruit and toast with tea or coffee.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and every single person I spoke to was helpful and friendly. Within walling distance to Playa Caracol and to the bus, which I took advantage of because we did mot have a car. If I ever make it back out, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

The free breakfast that was included in my reservation, was with healthy fruits and coffee. The barman was super friendly and gave some tips about where to go.Great big room and nice pool.

The staff, in particular Abigail in reception and Ramiro in the restaurant, were very helpful and friendly. I lost my wallet and Abigail helped me call the US to cancel my credit cards, she also helped us when the internet didn't work in our room. The food in the hotel restaurant, La Isla, is excellent, and Ramiro is an excellent waiter; he will patiently explain the menu items to you and make sure you are happy with what you order. If you stay at this hotel, you will experience genuine, traditional Mexican generosity.

We appreciated that the rooms were very clean, we liked the layout, where the parking lot had its own door and at the other end was a door out to the pool area. The unit layout was spacious and nothing felt crowded. The pool area was quite pleasant, and not crowded. The restaurant had a great location, overlooking the lagoon. The quality of the food at the restaurant was better than the local restaurants outside of the hotel. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant and easy to work with. The location of the hotel meant that it was quiet there all the time, and it clearly wasn’t quiet in other areas on the hotel zone.

Thank you for providing a room with a wonderful view that made my 1.5-week holiday in Cancun especially comfortable. Unlike the busy, flashy hotel zones, this hotel is set slightly off the main road, yet still offers excellent access to downtown Cancun and various beaches. For me, it had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and high-quality experience in Cancun.

Nice place and cute pool area. However, the rooms could use a bit of a upgrade as they are old and worn down. The screw in the doorlock fell out, and then the toilet stopped working shortly after we arrived. We got a new room due to the toilet situation, but the staff member who helped us seemed a bit annoyed about it and we got the feeling she believed it was our fault. That was uncomfortable and ruined the experience a bit for us. The food and drinks are not great, so would recommend to eat somewhere else.

I'm so glad to have found this hotel! A small, quiet hotel located on a residential street only a 5 minute drive from restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was refreshing and peaceful (adults only!). I highly recommend this hotel.
