"Loved the pool has table and 4 chairs to sit drink eat etc,loved the massage room with massage table and spa, loved my massages ordered thru hotel, big outdoor projector to view at night only, tvs in room, reception front desk staff very informative and if they are not sure they will check and let you know asap, staff were amazing yo my son,downsides, pool burns on my 6 year old, no microwave, no kettle/jug to make your own coffee tea during the day or night... overall I would come back here...

"Property is great condition. Recent renovations and friendly helpful staff. Clean place with great pool in the center. Breakfast comes in 2 flavors American or Indonesian. AC units on the far side of registration desk get hit with direct sunlight and struggle to keep the rooms cool. "

"Safety is definitely the main concern. Room is spacious, but run-down and do not have the facilities you would expect. However, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, and it is still good value for money."

"We had to leave this hotel without staying. It was dirty & smelly. The walks were filthy, bathroom moldy & griss & the beds were thin & pillows disgusting. The 1st room reeked of snoke so we hauled our stuff back downstairs to request a different room but it was no better so we simply left. Walked down to the Ibis Kuta Hotel instead for just a few dollars more."

"Very nice villa, excellent service. A bit of a walk to the beach, but you can take the cart. Excellent breakfast. The cookies are really good! Tamarind restaurant at Nusa Dua Hotel provides another spot to hang out on the beach. The pool was nice. "
