"Rama beach resort was the perfect get away for our family, the amenities were excellent, the staff fantastic. The resort is a little off the track, but everything is within easy reach and there are some restaurants within easy walking distance. The buffet breakfast was good, with a nice variety of local and international food, the cooked egg station does sometimes get confused with orders when under pressure."

"Our 2nd night in d hotel we have a problem with next door with connecting veranda so we ask to change room & there happy to help us.. when we check out u accidentally left my jewelry & i call the hotel they keep it in d safe place & they happy to send it back to me thanks to Jhonjer who help me out to fix the problem .. i miss the buffet breakfast & i miss bali. Thank u sooo much for all the staff."

"Loved how kind the employees were! We had a late flight so booked for the night and they scheduled a taxi out for us. Our flight got cancelled and we returned and they gave us our room back to sleep in at 1am no questions asked. Then they let us store our bags the next day. Great people here! "

"Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The service at the restaurants or at the pool is great. They even let us hang out at the pool after checkout for a few hours because we had a later flight. Everything and everyone was so accommodating. "
