"I have stayed here before because the hotel is so quiet. The rooms do need a little updating but they are clean and a good size. The staff here are amazing! They helped me celebrate my 60th birthday and really went out of there way to make my son’s homeschooling run smoothly by bringing his breakfast up to the room everyday. A big thank you to All the lovely staff especially the restaurant manager Sukayasa, Tati and Rani for helping out and making our stay perfect. See you all again soon. "

"Staff were very accommodating and friendly, happy to help with anything. Money was excellent and better rate than on the street. Breakfast was good and pool area was lovely. Many people seemed to wait for room on arrival beyond the scheduled check in time. We waited 1.5 hours. Also our daily house keeping always seemed to occur around 4.30pm, often when we were trying to get ready to go out."

"We had amazing days staying at Kuta Paradiso. Location is very convenient and close to Markets and walking distance to shopping centre. Beach is just accross the road. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast food was great, plenty options to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My sister and with the help of hotel staff gave a birthday surprise for our last day. It was a pleasant stay.
