the pool is nice. But if kids get up to use it at 7am you will definitely hear them. The rooms are very run down and not very clean. My room had no toilet paper and the towels/ sheets and pillows were stained. The bidea also had better water pressure than the shower which Was literally impossible to shower with. The location is not bad and easy to walk around

Hôtel un peu isolé des plages, mais près aéroport

Les photos sont beaucoup plus flatteuses que la réalité et c'est dommage... La chambre "supérieure" est très ordinaire et il faut monter deux grands étages... Le plancher de la plage de piscine est à quelques endroits complètement abimé et on peut risquer de se blesser au pied... Il n'y a aucun service de dépose à l'aéroport, il faut payer le taxi (bien entendu malhonnête) pour un prix forfaitaire alors que l'aéroport se trouve à.... 5 mn en voiture.

They don't provide hot water and hair dryer which was mentioned in amenities, they have big menu for breakfast but when we asked to change for 2nd day they told that 4 out of 5 was not available.... Overall on 15 days tour of Indonesia our stay in pondok anyar was unpleasant

Cheap!!

I stayed this hotel second time!! Good points 1 it's really close from cheap local food 2 it's not so far from the beach 3 the pool is really nice Negative points 1 WiFi is slowly 2 the shower is only cold water ( however Bali is hot so I didn't mind it) I recommend if you want to save the money but need a private room!! 値段安く済むのにプールもついていて、いいです。 完璧ではないけれども、値段が安いのでokです。さまざまな国のかたが滞在しています。

１）ウイークリーマンション感覚の短期の3階建宿泊塔とマンスリーレンタルの長期の庭付きのバリニーズスタイルの長屋ハウスがありますが、近隣は日本人村やバリ嫁も多くクタやレギャンよりも格段に治安が良いエリアで観光客エリアとは程遠いですが、昔から深夜に女子が歩いていても安全な地域です。 ２）プールが新設されて、ついでにWIFIのスピードもより改善されて24時間サクサク状態　室内のTVは衛星でNHKも24時間オンタイムで見れますよお ３）スタッフも日本語OKで24時間サポート体制でストレスフリー♪ ４）世界中のジェンダフリーのカップルの隠れ家的リラックスホテルとして確立されているので、好奇な視線を感じること無くプールサイドでジェンダフリーのカップルがリラックスして寛いでいますよお♪持ち込み飲食と音響やプチパーティーも可能 ５）近隣に激安屋台や食堂や25円均一パン屋などがあるので、朝食から夜食まで困りません～1万円が中々消えない驚愕の激安エリアです。 ６）エアコンのガスが無くなって空調が故障したときでも深夜の2時にスタッフが汗だくで緊急リペア＆対応してくれたのは感激。 ７）下水のドレンのシステムが発展途上なのか？浄化槽からの異臭がするときがありますが、スタッフに応対してもらうか、近隣のAYU　NADYスーパーでパインソル系のケミカル洗剤を購入して散布したら改善されます。１００円くらいでした。 ８）デング熱のヒートしているホットスポットw本拠地なだけに気になるのであれば・・・・・毎晩蚊取り線香もしくは現地で販売している蚊取りのHIT蚊取りペーパーという10枚入りの燃やす紙（６０円くらい）を使用したら完璧～ ９）タオルやシーツ交換は基本自己申告　必要以上にスタッフは宿泊者に関与しないシステムなので不在中にスタッフがルームクリーニングなどは皆無でストレスフリーで滞在できます。シーツを毎晩汚してしまうカップルには不向きなホテルだよお １０）室内クリーニングも滞在中は皆無です　ゴミは各自でパーキング横のゴミ集積BOXもしくは各階のゴミ箱に処分　長崎県長与町みたいにゴミ31分別は不要だよおw １１）敷地内パーキングも車、バイク、自転車ともに鍵をかけなくてもサーフボード置きっぱなしでも24時間トラブル皆無　安全です♪ １２）電源のコンセントがTVと冷蔵庫の2ヶ所のみなので、現地のスーパーAYU　NADY（ホテルからバイク４分ぐらい）で3個口アダプターが50円で販売されているので、それを購入して挿入して使用すると滞在中パソコンやスマホ充電や音響系やドライヤーなど使用範囲が広がりますよお １３）館内の水は屋上からの雨水翔なので時々蛇口から日本ではほとんど皆無な赤虫が混入することがありますが、健康上問題ないので皆さん～パニックにならないでね～ナッシィーッです♪私の滞在中も赤虫と遭遇しましたが、まあ～そんなもんでひょ～と １４）今回驚いたのが、WIFIのスピードが驚異的に改善されていたこと。大量データでも問題なく受信・送信可能になりましたよお １５）地球の歩き方などガイド本片手の人たちには不向きなホテルかも？この界隈出てませんからw～～～残念～～～～っw １６）ガイド本片手に能天気に大騒ぎする人がここのゲストは皆さん皆無なので、嬉しくて日本語で大騒ぎしたいのであればここのホテルは遠慮したほうがいいかもしれませんよ。 １７）裏技で自炊可能で1階のスタッフルームにキッチンがあり、ここで調理やお湯をもらうことが可能。インスタントのPOPミーが急に食べたくなっても自分でお湯を沸かせますよ

セール料金に注意

部屋は薄暗く、コバエが一匹飛んでいました。 洗面台の下のパイプからは水漏れが…。 少し水の腐ったような臭いもしました。 シャワーは水でした。 蛇口から水の出ないミニキッチンがありました。 部屋に関してはそれ以外は問題なしでした。 クレーム入れて部屋をかえてもらおうかと思いましたがセール料金で一泊約1300円くらいだったのでやめました。 スタッフも無愛想だし正規料金でもあんなホテルもう泊まりませんね。

het was een leuk hotel, buiten de drukte en tocht vlakbij de strand. schone kamer en het wordt elke dag schoon gemaakt. met ruime balkon we waren voor vakantie en rust. door de verbouwing vh zwembad werden wij helemaal gek van s,ochtend vroeg / ook op za en zo al boren en schuren en de stof tot in je kamer. zou graag een vergoeding terug krijgen voor al dit omstandigheden

在住感覚で滞在できる閑静で快適なホテル

古き良き８０年代のクタを彷彿させるアヤクバヤナー界隈にある閑静な住宅街にあるホテル 観光客がガイド本片手に能天気に徘徊していたり、大騒ぎしている光景は皆無のエリアなだけに2ランク上のバリ滞在を楽しみたいのであればここのホテルはストレス無く、コストも抑えられて激安で滞在可能です。 このクラスのホテルながら、製氷機＆冷蔵庫付きでTVは衛星TVもOKなのでローカルTVからMTVも視聴可能NHKはホテルサイドが契約していないので視聴できないとのこと。パソコンかスマホ使うと視聴可能です。 今回朝食無プラン利用でしたが、近隣には、24時間営業の壁安定食屋やカットフルーツ屋からパン屋からおにぎりを販売するコンビニまで徒歩3分のエリアに密集しているので、食事無や早朝に行動開始するサーファーにも問題ないはず♪ 家族経営で一切の無駄を省いて、価格に反映しているので、毎日のハウスクリーニングやタオル交換は無（タオル交換や掃除は自己申告してオーダー） 受付や室内にセーフティーBOXは無いものの治安が良いエリアなのとスタッフは親族家族経営なので室内に置いておいた財布から現金が消えることもなくストレスフリーでした（これは重要） ついでに家族経営（オーナー一族の自宅が受付横の長屋にある）なだけに、施設内の部外者の侵入は24時間監視しており、室内はもとより駐車エリアも安心して貴重品を置くこと＆ヘルメットやサーフボードや鍵もラックにかけたまま夜間は駐車していても問題無（駐車場は受付で24時間誰かが監視） ミニキッチンがあるので、長期滞在なら近隣のスーパーでカセットコンロを購入して自炊も可能 ホテル塔のエリアは1ヶ月未満の滞在者で1ヶ月以上なら隣接する平屋のマンスリーハウスもおすすめ。 エアコン付きですが、シャワーは水シャワーのみで雨期の朝晩の寒い時期の滞在者にこの水シャワーはきついかも（シャンプーとソープは常設）WCはイスラムスタイルのシャワートイレで快適。 滞在するなら、3階の眺望は最高！朝焼けのアグン山やビーチ方面は必見♪ 昼間は風通しの良いテラスで、カルフールで購入したパンケーキ食べながらの冷蔵庫で冷やしたビールがこれまた美味い♪ そんな最高の時間がこのホテルでは体験できるはず。 3階にスタバと同じルーター使用のサクサク動く高速ルーター設置なので、滞在者の使用頻度の高い夜間や深夜の時間帯も含めて24時間パソコンやスマホは動画でも快適サクサクです♪ 閑静な住宅街にあるホテルなだけに夜間でも治安が良いのと近隣は在住の日本人も多く観光ガイド本にはあまり登場しない？知る人ぞ知る・・・・バリ好きには隠れた人気エリア。クタやスミニャクの賑やかな観光地エリアよりも治安は雲泥の差です。

시설 점검 미비

밖에서 보긴 괜찮아 보였으나 안내받고 들어서자 작은 냉장고 아래 젖은걸레가 있어 어딘가 새는 느낌이었다. 그래도 짐을 두고 바로 나와 마사지 받고 2시간 반 후에 가보니 방에 물이 여전히 새고 있었고 냉장고 안에 녹지 않은 냉동실 성에가가득했다. 화장실도 싱크대도 너무 낡고 지저분해 세수만 겨우하고 모기와 날파리가 많아 30분 누워 있다 쉴 수 없어 체크 아웃 후 나왔다. 가격이 싸다해서 기본도 점검을 안 하면 안된다고 생각한다.

糟糕的酒店

未入住前在hotel.com訂左兩晚，之後再加多一晚、他給了我們一張單據寫上欠一晚費用，因為我們還未到入住時間、加上身上沒有現金付多一晚的酒店費用、所以去附近的銀行提取現金再找餐廳去吃飯、回去酒店立刻付多一晚的費用、這個懷孕的女人單據上沒有寫明我們已付、到了最後一天、他們說沒有付到最後的一晚費用、當時只在電話跟那個女人對話、她說自己也不太記起、跟她吵了一輪、我們都不想跟她爭議這一晚、因為不是錢的問題、是她們太不老實、只是忿怒地再給他們186000rup、提大家入住前記得看清楚單據、不要好像我們這麼糟糕 到房間的問題、只有冷水洗澡、外表還可以、步行15至20分鐘便可到外面商場逛街及沙灘等、房內應該翻新

ぱっと見良し

スタッフは親しみやすくて良かったです。 設置されていると書いてあったドライヤーはありません。タオル、スキンケアもなく、カートリッジに入ったシャンプーとソープ、歯ブラシのみです。シャワーはお湯でません。軽い朝食が9時に、お部屋に届きます。立地は地図上ではいいですが、複雑な細道なので気をつけて下さい。

you get what you pay for

They told me that room i book before already full and give me their other place to stay called "PONDOK 2 " same owner, however I choose this place because its nearby the crowd however, they put me in another place to stay and its placed more far, I hope in the future they can fix their management system. Buy your own food for breakfast.. Well, cant complain i got room price with a great deal... if you plan to relaxed and fancy holiday pick 3 - 4 stars hotels

Bathroom condition so so bad,even room inside not clean, air condition not working properly. bathroom be-sink was broken . we call for change room but nobody care about it . overall we are dissatisfied about room condition and customer service.
