"The room is very clean, a very homely feel to it. Staff are so inviting & welcoming from the time you walk through the door until you leave. The bar has a wide range of liquor & the staff are always so polite and helpful. Parking is super easy, there’s a huge car park but also can pay a little extra to have your car in the gated area of the hotel. Highly recommend.I cannot fault anything. 10/10"

"What a stunning property! So spacious for everyone to stay! An incredible view looking out to the luscious property! A great variety of spaces to entertain and relax! Conveniently located to feel like you aren’t surrounded by hundreds of people- a really wonderful private place for a weekend away "

"The area was nice and quiet, and the house had everything. Kids loved the spa and fishing. Would stay here again. "

"Amazing week, kids had the best time playing in the river which was right at the back door. Location was so close to Sydney so drive was easy. Supermarket quick 5 minute drive. Tennis court is concrete fine for the kids to play on but if you are booking for the tennis facilities maybe not. Queen bed mattresses where very hard we ended up sleeping on doona to make it more comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking equipment and some pantry staples. Overall we would definitely go back and recommend! "

"What a beautiful and welcoming place. Adam and Sean gave us a NYE trip of a lifetime. We were a group of 10 adults and 7 children, and every luxury we could wish for was on hand. The views are phenomenal and the facilities are 5 star. The heated spa at Biram Lodge was particularly fantastic. Highly recommend. We will be back! "
