Great stay at Nesuto The Entrance Apartments Location was excellent – right near the boardwalk and very convenient for restaurants and cafes. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the staff made sure it was fully equipped with towels and essentials. I really appreciated that our request to have the sofa bed ready on arrival was taken care of. The self check-in process was easy and hassle-free, with clear instructions that were simple to follow. Overall a very pleasant stay and great value for the location. Would happily stay again.

Awesome one night stay at Nesuto apartments. Check-in time is normally 3pm and I requested an early check-in if possible, as i was attending a wedding at 3pm that day - arrived at 12.30pm and the room was ready and was able to check in with no fuss or extra charge. The staff/reception was so accommodating especially George. We stayed on the fifth floor and we had the beautiful view of the water and promenade. Had an overall excellent experience. We'll stay again.

The room does need some renovation, the cistern needs to be replaced it has 2 cracks on the top, the screen door fell off when I tried to open it my husband put it back on the rails, the doona needs to be put in the bin had lots of stains on it, the carpet in the bedroom had a large big black stain, carpet needs to be steam cleaned, the kitchen had a smell which turned me off using anything in the kitchen, upon returning from going out there was always a musty smell throughout the apartment we had to open all the sliding doors to get the smell out, the large wrap around balcony was good but outdoor furniture particularly the chairs need to be replaced. Within walking distance of the restaurants and beach, can’t say I would stay there again.

Location is great as it is right near the Kids Waterpark, Play Area, Beach and Restaurants. Other than that, the room was really worn down. Dusty, broken and uncomfortable beds, basic flat uncomfortable pillows, showers are appalling with no stand for shampoo/ soap and overall the building is really run down. The place is in good need of a renovation. Also, getting to the room is through an outdoor maze that is narrow and not ideal for little children, prams, etc. It was good enough and the staff were friendly. The Apartments itself really weren't that great.
