Fantastic location on George st. Across the road from main train station, light rail right outside, restaurants right there. Quick walk to almost everything you want to see. Cocktail bar on 22 is a must - real experience!!!

Great location, clean 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of the city. Check in/out was smooth. Comfy beds. Despite being a 2 bedroom, sleeping 4 adults, there wern’t enough seats on the lounge for more than 2 people to comfortably to watch the TV. Went for a drink at happy hour upstairs and found the maitre de quite snooty because we didn’t have a booking. Overall a good stay tho would probably look for other options next time for a group of 4.

I am very disappointed with our recent experience. My son and his partner , both over the legal age of 18 and nearly 20years old stayed at the property over the weekend. During their stay, hotel staff removed the minibar items and also took the complimentary bottle of wine that was included with the reservation. Unfortunately, they also left behind their phone chargers. Despite contacting the hotel 1 day later, we were told that nothing had been handed in. What makes this even more disappointing is that my son and his girlfriend felt they were judged from the moment they checked in. Just because they look young does not mean they cannot afford to stay in the city and enjoy a nice hotel and a nice meal, just like anyone else. Every guest deserves to be treated with the same level of respect and courtesy. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the customer service did not reflect the standard we expected. The staff member at reception showed very little empathy or professionalism, and I believe further customer service training would be beneficial for her.

The A by Adina is a lovely hotel in central Sydney, which is really easy to access by train and tram. Ideal if you’re coming from the airport. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The only downside is that the room we were in on level 6, facing Hunter Street and George Street, picked up noise from outside. Currently work is underway to build a new train station, which meant an afternoon nap wasn’t easy. And in the evening the nearby busker and bar noise went on a bit late. The cocktail bar on the top floor, “Dean and Nancy on 22” is very nice and serves great drinks.

I like to stay at A by Adina whenever in Sydney - walking distance to most things, nice rooms and apartment style amenities. My last stay the washing machine didnt work and i needed to wash a shirt for meetings the next day. It was 11pm. The staff couldnt fix the machine then and there but offered to wash my shirt and have it delivered back by morning which they did. The dishwasher was also making an annoying beeping sound but staff solved that one as well. The only milding annoying feature of the room is its insistence on opening all the curtains automatically on entry into the room which you might not want when directly across from an office tower. The restaraunt at the top Dean and Nancy? makes nice steak and mixed leaf salad. Will stay there again in a few weeks. I go for the 1 bedroom units rather than studios.

Property was central to using pubic transportation, conveniently close to cruise terminal using public transportation. Allowed early check in for small fee. After 15 hour plane ride and dealing with time change it was a godsend.
