Bed Bud Beware

The room we stayed in had bed bug which both my self and hubby got bitten badly. Complain to front desk, they moved us for one night to a smaller room that is so dirty. That dirty that we had to move back to the bed bug room. We has no choice as other hotel is full booked out, end up buying our self air mattress. The Greek cafe down stairs are fully rude, told us we can't use their access as their not part of the hotel. Was gonna eat there but never did due to the management fow mouth. And the Greek cafe down stairs are extremely loud, not recommended for quite getaway.

Abdolutely terrible. The room was the worst i have ever booked and as it was dangerous too for my two young children we could not stay there. We have photos of exposed wiring, cracked shiwer screens, toilet that wouldnt flush etc. As no accommodation was available locally we had to drive to Sydney to stay with relatives. Absolutely disgusted by experience

Tired looking room,internet dropping out so tv wouln't work. Air-con remote wouln't work so aircon stayed on 21 degrees the hole stay. Only given 2 towels although 4 people were staying. No car spots for parking as the hotel/pub next door had their patrons fill the car park, leaving no spots for Watersedge guests... Very underwhelming wouldnt stay again

Central location, good value for money.

Nice motel, friendly staff, central location. Friday & Saturday nights loud music from pub nearby but knew what to expect as was our third stay.

Very old needs a lot of work done. Shower was hard to work couldn’t get the temp right. Furniture old and broken or very worn. Mould covering the back of the tv. Blood stain on the mattress protector.

Stayed in the so called deluxe room 3 kids 2 adults 2 cups 2 towels shower is rubbish and cold shower door fell off. Mould in kettle. Mould in bathroom... blankets smelt musk. No shampoos one small block of soap. Mould on curtain. Under beds had previous people's rubbish. Hotel really needs to refurbished!

walking distance to everything

Kitchenette could be improved, cattery, plates, cups itd. For the money that we payed definitely improvement needed. Back balcony and BBQ not clean. Just a little bit more cleanliness would go long way. Machine in hallway was empty no goodies at all.

Great cheap motel on central coast

Great location and some rooms have a fantastic view across the water in the bay. Walking distance to local shopping centre and good cafe's. Parking is an issue as it is next to a Hotel and their patrons tend to take the Motel's parking in the evenings, so you may have to park in the streets somewhere.

Watersedge - would not recommend

The motels location is excellent but the motel needs a huge makeover . The room we stayed in was dirty with cob webs and large mild spots throughout the bathroom. The quilt on the bed was old and appeared dirty. The outside verandah adjacent to our room had cigarette butts and ash over the ground and table.

The accommodation is located in a great spot, but it's a shame that the accommodation is not kept in a better shape than it is. You pretty much get what you pay for, although, this place is worth a lot less than what they charge. I would strongly suggest to give the rooms and hallways a REALLY good clean, and improve the locks on the room doors.

Motel situated in heart of Woy Woy, close to rail

Stayed in motel from Thursday to Sunday. Motel next to hotel which shares the parking area. Twice had to park car in street as hotel patrons had parked in the area set aside for motel patrons. A band played on Friday & Saturday night at the hotel which was loud making it difficult to sleep with a window open. 2 packs of biscuits were supplied when we arrived but they were stale. Have stayed in better motels at cheaper rates. Motel needed a coat of paint & new carpets in hall way

The room I booked for a two night stay had no ventilation and stunk, the manager moved me to another room and the curtains had mold all over them, Filthy vile accommodation

we arrived early not expecting to get in yet but man at office said room was ready and he gave us an upgrade to a water view room .motel very clean and comfortable and central to everything.would stay again
