"Great Staff, when we arrived and found out our reservation was cancelled by Expedia they dug in to see why and provided proof so we could talk to Expedia about the problem. They then helped us get a room - the last one! Very patient staff - very knowledgeable. The hotel is okay. It is the convenience that makes it so great - sooo close to the station and with luggage this is a godsend. "
