Location is great. Easy transit to Heathrow and all over London via tube. We slept well on comfy beds and found nearby dinner options great. Just a short walk to park for exercise. WiFi was not great - but that was only complaint.

I misunderstood the term "city view" when I ordered my room, and even though the mistake was on my part, Shah and Lessie in the reception upgraded my room free of charge and gave me free breakfast. My room furniture was old (though the bed was good) and the TV service had no program guide. The shower was very good, the coffee machine appreciated and pods always replenished. Daily room service was excellent, and Housekeeping was extremely helpful. The Paddington Station area lacks good dining choices, a problem for many years. This hotel is almost invisible but I find it convenient.
