Plenty of space in my room compared to other London hotels. Uber cars available almost instantly, even at 6 AM. Easy walk to Paddington. Walked to Hilton for breakfast buffet - much better than at Wilde (at the same price). Not many dinner options within a few blocks of hotel. Overall hotel was excellent value for money.

Great spot. The new area, Merchant Square I think it’s called, is really nice. Lounge area in the hotel is well done. Stylish and has snacks and drinks for sale. Quick walk to paddington station and restaurants. Staff was lovely. Room doesn’t offer much for charm, lighting system is a bit weird.

Blackout shade was amazing to have in the room and amenities were good. I bit farther of a walk to and from buses/underground but easy to get to Paddington.

Very modern property located close to Paddington Station. Appreciated the opportunity to check-in early. The staff in the lobby were kind to help answer any questions. Would recommend if you have an early flight to Heathrow or if you want accommodations with kitchenette.

Excellent 4 night stay

Our 2nd stay here didn't disappoint, really lovely room/apartment which was spotless. Very close to both Paddington and Edgware Road station, its location was perfect for exploring the city. So nice to have facilities to make drinks and snacks, with a full size fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave/grill oven, dishwasher etc Check in was super quick, great welcome from the Team. We will definitely be back

Room is very quiet. A couple with a baby was in my next door, but I didn't hear anything from them. Another benefit is it has a small kitchen, and there are 2 grocery stores within 3 minutes of walking, so it was very convenient to prepare something for breakfast.

For a four star hotel and for the price I paid for my stay, I expected better quality and service. Never have I stayed in a four star hotel (including an apartment style hotel) where they did not replace the bedsheets and towels. This style of service is fine, if I was paying for a motel. If their Expedia page was transparent I would not have stayed here and instead choose a hotel that actually provides a 4 star quality service.

Excellent stay

Excellent location for Paddington and west London. Property is well-furnished and comfortable. The studio apartment I was in had everything I needed and was surprisingly quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again.

There’s really not much to dislike about this place. It’s very convenient to all the great ethnic middle eastern restaurants, very close to the underground. It’s also very modern and has all the amenities you would need on a business trip. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in London. The breakfast at the place was also very good and highly recommended.

Great hotel with kitchen

We really liked the room with kitchen. It was perfect to have breakfast and small meals in the room. Great modern style of room. Bathroom was a little small but it worked. Very friendly and helpful staff + easy walking distance to Paddington Station.
