"My room card didn’t work each night. If that happens on the first night just ask to change the room card. Probably something wrong with the card. Staffs were very nice. I would stay again. "

"We liked how it has a large beachfront across the street that has a cement wall to cut down on large waves. Felt like a large swimming pool Didn't like the fact that there is no hot tub. "

"The only drawback was the shower; it was a little small and confined, but the view from the 14th floor was AMAZING! The charming hotel was only a three-minute walk from the beach, and seven minutes from all the shops. I can't wait to visit Hawaii again."

"The moment I checked-in, I already knew this was going to be an amazing stay. I was upgraded to the Diamond Head Tower with an Ocean View. As a Hilton Honors Member, I love the perks and all the amenities offered. The pools, the restaurants, retail outlets, and everything in between are in arms reach which is a plus. I will definitely be returning and recommend to all looking for a family friendly hotel to stay."
