"Hotel spot was good. Just minor detail: such as the small chair inside the room seems to have a very strong odor. Prolly need to be cleaned or replace. Maintenance issue with elevator only 1 working at the Beachside’s tower."

"Right across from beach, loved that they offered beach chair day rentals included with the hotel fees, sand toys, and towels . Unfortunately when I arrived my bathroom was not cleaned, I called front desk and they sent someone right away to reclean the bathroom. I appreciated the hospitality, great customer service. But I was quite disappointed with cleanliness from first arrival. Also the parking garage is small 2 cars can not go up and down simultaneously, you have to move over to let cars pass. So leaving parking lot is tedious for the $65 daily price."

"The property was very clean, and the staff was excellent. They were able to accommodate us for a late checkout, so we were able to go on a snorkeling tour before our flight. Not a fault of the hotel, but our Uber/Lyft drivers went to the wrong pickup stop regularly, so beware of that. The hotel is also a street back, so the ocean view does have some buildings in between the ocean and the hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the housekeeping staff did a great job."

"Room was clean & comfortable, with lots of hot water. The airport shuttle was very convenient. It would have been nice to have the shuttle go to & from the cruise ship port, as well as the airport, given the mandatory “Resort Fee” that is ostensibly for those amenities."
