"Good enough. For The price they could be a little more pinashe on their delivery. Painting the top floor base boards at night was a little ghetto as the smell entered our room. They should do that another time. Coffee machines brutal. worst. Rooms nice. Small. Nice bidet. nice blinds. good Hvac. good beds and pillows. best value in the area no resort fee. would stay again. bring your own instant coffee. pool area cool. nice and close to beach. 3-4 days max. overall, fancy but not ultra fancy. some people switch to the fancier resort. wouldn't eat here too expensive. eat at ABC. follow me on youtube. "The hotel is in a great location for tour pick ups and away from the hustle of Waikiki. It has a great tiki bar restaurant. We had an ocean front room, and the view was the best I’ve ever had. The hotel itself is very old and could really use a good renovation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was good about it except that it was very old. I would stay here again once it was renovated."

"This place was under construction, and when we first entered our room, it smelled like mold or mildew. One of the elevators was completely boarded up, talking about thanks for being a good sport on the odors and the construction. Their gym was closed yet you were charged for amenities with a daily resort fee."

"Location is very conveniant! Their staff was absolutely kind and helpful! Their rooms can use soem deep cleaning but overall was clean. Only negative was thw fire alarm going off at 2am for about 20min on & off again. There was no fire. Also their parking structure was very small & costs $45/day. Aside from all I would stay here again."

"Spent a good amount of time while here waiting just for the elevator so etines 20-30min. With our room being separated from our family, and even after being asked at check-in and throughout the stay to change to be together, even after multiple rooms checking out on our floors, there was no accommodation. We were split between different elevators and over 10 floors! The electric plug and air conditioner were broken, and they waited to send a replacement AC until after 10pm. The rooms were closet size with rusty fixtures and dripping facets. I would definitely NOT book this hotel. The parking and "resort" fees are crazy, and the pool is laughable as only a bigger than a bathtub!"

"Came 7 years ago, rooms & some parts of grounds dated & need renovations. Especially carpets, bathrooms, pool area. Most staff were pleasant but not as pleasant as they should be. Monika who cleaned our room was excellent & appreciative of our tip everyday. "
