"Twice cleaning was in a room never add soap. Coffee maker with wrong bowl. Refrigerator was with the broken knob. You can’t change the degrees. Everything was frost. Nice was a hotel near to the Waikiki Beach. Very nice beach."

"Our second year staying at Halepuna. It's a laid back, quiet retreat in bustling Waikiki. Great for couples since it isn't a huge hotel and there aren't so many families. The rooftop pool is on the small side but a fab spot to relax with friendly and helpful staff. We'll definitely be back!"

"We just want to thank you for our amazing time at Halekulani. Everything was simply amazing, Your staff was so friendly and accommodating to our needs. Every meal was so delicious. We were trying to figure out which dish was our favorite and we all decided they all were. I usually don’t schedule a spa day, but I did this time. I was probably the best facial I ever have had. We also want to thank you for the bottle of champagne you sent to our room helping to celebrate our fortieth wedding anniversary. When coming to your resort, I would tell future guests to leave their products at home. Our room was supplied with everything we needed for our bathing needs. I did book an adventure prior to coming to the resort; however, when I contacted your concierge’s desk they handled everything efficiently and quickly. The one thing I would recommend is to book things at the hotel prior to arriving (i.e,, restaurants, spa, etc) since things book really fast. You don’t want to miss out on anything."
