Excellent staff, pool, coffee shop. Nice location near shops/beach. Easy drop off/ loading in front of hotel. Nearby free parking was handy, just a bit challenging with larger vehicles (trucks/minivans).

Great hotel for families with kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the kid-friendly amenities made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location was convenient, and we’d definitely stay here again with our family.

The hotel is quaint, adorably dog friendly, but room needs some upgrades. Bed and bathroom are LOVELY, water pressure amazing, but couch was weird, and pull out sofa bed was horrible. Parking offsite was very awkward (2.5 blocks away, on the 5th or 6th floor only, weird ticketing process). Food and drinks were delicious in evening restaurant, and I like the adults-only swim time from 6-9!

The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The room had a noticeable musty smell, which may be related to the hotel being pet-friendly and previous stays by pets. The curtains also need cleaning, when I moved them, a visible cloud of dust came off. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the hotel is centrally located. However, I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking down the street at night, particularly for women or younger people, as there were homeless individuals in the area who appeared to be under the influence of drugs.

A lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Waikiki

Excellent stay, good quality rooms, well situated to the beach and local restaurants, hotel restaurant/bar very good prices. Not all the rooms face the pool (and also get little direct sun) but this was a minimal issue, we loved our stay and will be back!

The staff was so friendly. The property was unique, clean, and had an amazing vibe! The pool.is really cool and the on-site bar and food options were great. They also dont charge resort fees!

The room was very charming, with a spacious balcony overlooking the canal — especially beautiful in the morning. Every night there was live music, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The room and bath were clean.

The staff excellent and very accommodating. Had to extend my stay twice. They also brought the conveniences we needed (microwave and iron) to our room. Cute property. The hot water in our room took a while to get hot. The bed was not comfortable in my opinion could benefit from a mattress topper ( but it served its purpose) I would recommend staying.

Nice mid city Wakiki hotel

Friendly staff, nice two bedroom suite, comfortable and bright. Located in Wakiki but it's a about an 8 minute walk to the beaches. Would stay here again.

The property is older, but recently remodeled. Great location, and overall I enjoyed my stay. Pros: > Friendly staff, clean room, property is well maintained. > Cafe downstairs is excellent (I'd come back to this cafe for the coffee alone). > Pool is small, but cute with designated family/adult swim hours. > Hotel has a great vibe and hosts events throughout the week. Cons: > The shower had occasional issues (turning off while in use). Staff seemed pro-active about the issue once I notified them. > Walls were thin; allowing noise from TVs and conversations (at a normal volume) to be heard. > Noticeable road noise at night.

Overall a good stay. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Good restaurants nearby. Only negative was the parking was 2-3 blocks away. We were fine with it and they have a little parking area out front for loading/unloading.
