"The complimentary breakfast was great and definitely convenient! All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming—from the front desk to the housekeeping team and the breakfast staff. Everyone was always smiling, kind, and helpful. It really made our stay even more enjoyable! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit, and we would be happy to stay here again!"

The Kahala Hotel & Resort

"The room was gorgeous! Bravo for the elevated and tasteful decor. The exterior does need a little facelift here and there as it is an older hotel, but there is a "classic," old Hawaii charm about it. Bell Attendant was a bit pushy when we did not let him take our bags before check in - asking repeatedly - when guaranteed check in was only 30min out. Other than that, the staff at the Veranda was so nice and cheerful and dinner at Arancino was amazing. This is a great option to stay outside of Waikiki."
