"The pictures they use are incorrect. It took them 3 times to get me an ocean view. We ended up on the 16th floor which now made problems with the elevators. When everyone checks out at the same time we waited for 4 elevator stops before we could get on."

"This hotel is very old. Besides paying for absolutely everything, they surprise you with extra charges. For example, they charged me $80 a day for parking, which is more expensive than renting a car. They charged $65 per person per extra day because the hotel is a... When I made the reservation, breakfast was included, but then they charged me $48 per person. And the worst part is that they don't have room service. In the five days I was there, they never changed my bed sheets. The furniture in the room was very old and dilapidated. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, much less the service from the staff."

"From the very first day, our experience was wonderful. The front desk associate who checked us in late Monday night/Tuesday morning was absolutely amazing. She was welcoming, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My 18-year-old daughter was traveling for her high school graduation trip, and thanks to the staff, her transition was easy and comfortable. She truly enjoyed her stay and felt right at home. Thank you for helping make this special milestone celebration such a positive experience!"

"We stayed here one night after staying at the Sheraton for 4 and Aulani for 2. This hotel was quite a bit cheaper than especially Aulani so obviously we didnt expect it to be similar but it is definitely a little run down overall and our room smelled musty. Positives- restaurant had good food, pool was decent, and the ocean view from our balcony on 20th floor was insane. If you are on a budget it is a decent pick."
