Edinburgh is very well interconnected, for £5 a day (or less for bundle purchases) you can use unlimited trams and buses for the day within the city. As convenient as this hotel is with it's location just behind the royal mile, we could have easily taken the tram or bus daily, or for a couple pennies taken...
