A wonderful location within quarter mile of the Royal Mile & the Castle - loads of bars, restaurants & music / comedy venues close by. I won't stay anywhere else when visiting Edinburgh.

Right in the center of the Grassmarket so very convenient to all the sites. Really enjoyed the location and view of Edinburgh Castle. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I liked the atmosphere of the area and having so many pubs close by. This will definitely be my next choice when visiting Edinburgh again.

Hotel was in a perfect location to everything we wanted to do within walking distance. Stairs to castle basically across the street, Cafe a few doors down, and bars across the street. This hotel location did not disappoint. Comfortable beds.
