It was a nice hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet selection was good with custom orders available. Their dinner also was pretty good. Large portions though. The room was soacious and clean, the only limitation was the shelving and storage space. There is no dresser, and the storage space at the entrance is really limited. For a few day stay i had to keep my clothes in the suitcase. Location was good, I walked to all main attractions

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge was extremely helpful with dinner suggestions, making reservations for us and directing us to the bus we needed to take. Would come back to the hotel again and recommend it to friends traveling to Edinburgh.

The staff is excellent - Rae, at the front desk could not have been more helpful and kind. My family and I were thrilled with the welcome we received, by Rae and Mike; and we were very pleased with the assistance they provided. And all staff were friendly, courteous, and professional!
