Basically in the middle of Edinburgh. I was travelling solo, so I got a single room. The bathroom was detached, but very nice. The room was small, but adequate. The staff was great, and the morning breakfasts were delicious.

Our party of 4 had spacious rooms. They were exceptionally clean. And there was a wide variety and hearty enough options for the continental breakfast to tide us over until lunchtime. Close to the bus stops. Would definitely stay there again & highly recommend.

Very freindly staff, delicious breakfast that was served doorside on time and easy walk to bus stops or curbside taxi/uber pick up. Bed and pillows were especially comfy. Very welcoming feeling just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh.

Dorstan house.

I stayed for 2 nights. Delighted to see they provided real coffee and slippers. Its the little things. Host was very charming. I felt safe and comfortable. Bed was cosy. Breakfast was delicious. No complaints!
