Spotless and modern room, quiet location, friendly and competent staff, and very good food. Only possible negative was the smoke detector that flashed brightly all night… had to cover my head with a pillow to block it out. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Sn absolute gem of a place

What can i say but what a place from the staff , the bedroom, the 5* breakfast ( you must have the best breakfast in Scotland) it was that good the stunning views of the forth bridge and you have definitely got 5* wedding co ordinators nothing was too much trouble
