"The hotel location is a 10 of 10. The hotel room carpet was worn. The beds were not comfortable. There is no A/C, the room was very stuffy and did not cool down at night."

"Here’s a polished version of your review: The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but it has a perfect location close to everything and offers beautiful views. The concierge and restaurant staff during breakfast were spectacular and treated us like royalty. We truly loved our stay. My only suggestion is that the hotel should inform guests in advance that it is under construction, as some areas can be noisy during the day. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly return."

"Property was fantastic! Great views and grand. Recommend you double & triple check your booking so you don’t have to argue with the staff when checking in or out. The trainees at check in are quick to tell you that if you’re booking from a 3rd party site that it’s wrong when it includes things like access to clubs/amenities/parking and it’s only another 120 GPB for this or that above what you have already paid. Spa means dry sauna and pool w/bubbles- no hot tub all for only 42 GPB for 3 hrs a day access. Dinner reservations in the restaurant turned out to be seating in the adjacent lounge bar with people standing around you having drinks and the restaurant empty “because it’s easier for them but if you want to actually sit there by yourself, that’s fine with them”."
