"Our experience was lovely in the pool and room service was great, but when we moved the couch to set up the bed for our toddler, we found a huge amount of old puke in multiple places including under the toddler bed we were using. We had someone come to the room to check and he was fantastic (thanks so much for your help Kyle!) however we were told we couldn’t move rooms because the hotel was fully booked, we were then given a breakfast voucher and 20% off of our dinner that we had in the room, but we weren’t able to have our baby crawl around the room and couldn’t let our toddler go anywhere near it because of how disgusting the floor was. So the breakfast and a few dollars off of our meal wasn’t really a solution that we felt was fair after spending as much as we did on the room and the meal."
