The location was perfect. We were close to many restaurants and the Edinburgh Castle. Everything was so close to walk. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stay here!!!
We were only there for one night but loved the location . There were lots of restaurants within walking distance for dinner . The hotel was clean , the staff both cordial and helpful and the breakfast was bountiful . The spaces for the breakfast and the bar were upscale and nicely decorated . I think this hotel would work for families , couples and solo travelers . I would stay here again .

Room, shower surround could have benefitted from a good scrub, and legs from under sink were rotten. TV kept loosing signal and switching off.
Dining area and food were perfect and friendly staff. Mentioned my room to staff, reply thank you ill pass it on.
Very well located for tourism, especially for families with kids. The breakfast was perfect! Employees are very friendly and nice. Overall is a 5* stay!
Great stay in a very well located position. Just a 10 minute walk to a tram stop and a stones throw from the castle etc. some took a have castle views.
Staff were all really friendly and I would definitely stay here again
