The property was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds and good utilities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, fridge, freezer). Most necessary items were provided although it would have been nice to have some surface cleaning spray and more washing up liquid and toilet paper. Very nice bathroom and shower, although it took a while for the water pressure to get high enough and the heating was quite fiddly to get to the right temperature. Cleaning service provided which was appreciated, and friendly staff who were happy to provide you with anything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Private secure off road parking. Easy walk to town with multiple supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways within a five minute walk. Can recommend the 20 minute walk to the National Museum of Scotland and Edinburgh Castle, or a very short walk to shops in the New Town and a walk by the river in Dean Village. On one day a man knocked on my door and asked to check the meter readings. As a woman travelling alone it would have been nice to be informed of this before, as having a man suddenly turn up to the apartment made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise communication from staff was good and there was lots of information provided on how to use the facilities and appliances provided and things to do in the local area. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in a good location in Edinburgh, and I would come back to stay again.

We had a modern 2 bedroom apartment. 2 walk in shower bathrooms and 2 king size beds. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice living room area and kitchen area (not sure the very large knives need to be on the wall) Televisions in both bedrooms and the living room. A 20 minute walk from the city centre. We used Uber to pick us up to early mornings. The service was good. Journey time approx 15-20 minutes due to the amount of traffic around. Overall, happy with the accommodation. We were advised that its cheaper to book direct with Premier Suites.
