Wow!! What a fantastic place! Modern! Clean! Easy walking around! Very friendly staff! We arrived a little early, and the staff let us leave our luggage so we could checkout Edinburgh! I would reccomend and stay again hands down!

The location in Old Town is right in the heart of the city next to the river. Note that there is no check-in desk or lobby, just an Old Town Steak house which is where you check in. There is no signage to indicate this, nor is it in the instructions. Room was very small, but had storage spaces. Breakfast was good with made to order coffee from the staff. I would stay here again.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Good location if you are not adverse to walking. Rooms are exceptionally small with the bed taking up 95%. Be prepared to unpack as there is no room for suitcases in bedrooms. Very clean, note living room furniture was sufficient but not overly inviting or comfortable to settle in and watch a movie after a long day of exploring. Beds were soooooo comfortable though! Overall good stay.

This was an excellent apartment style room for us, family of 4, for our stay in Edinburgh. It had everything we could need and location was pretty good, 15 min walk or so from many sites. The one negative was that the listing for the room claimed 2 King beds while the room itself had Queen beds, not King.

Apartments were very clean, a bit further from the main arear of shops and bars, however the price reflects that. You need to walk 3-4 minutes from the check in reception when arriving so keep that in mind with luggage etc. We were coming from Canada and they asked us for our passports and said it was the law to check. No other hotel while we're were in scotland asked for this, and unfortunately we left ours at a family members house and we're not traveling with them. They had us call our family to take photos to show them. This should be advertised on their website.
