I am 54 years old so I look for functionality more than perks. This is great value. Across from Arthur’s Seat. About a ten minute walk from Royal Mile. Clean room. Laundry. Full kitchen. I would stay again no questions asked.

Good enough

They are student digs, so naturally there's not much room, but there's enough for what you need. There are enough facilities on site, and it's central enough to be perfect for Fringe. Hot water went out on Saturday morning and it took until Tuesday to get fixed - but fixed it was. Plenty good enough for udget accommdation.

The staff is very good, no complaints there. The rooms are designed for student housing so the beds are small, uncomfortable, the chairs are uncomfortable, the window is terrible as a result the rooms get stuffy and hot. (Probably not a concern most of the year) But it is student housing at a cheap cost so what does one expect really. The location is great.

Good clean room a bit small, but overall great for a short stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast. Would definitely recommend if you wanna stay on budget. And location is walking distance from downtown main attractions.

Traveled with my son for three days. Clean, comfortable room. Nice and quiet. Royal Mile was 10 minute walk, waverly train station was 10-15 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants to choose. Highly recommend this place.

The studio was extremely clean and in perfect location. Very easy to access the rest of the city and get around. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Unfortunately, one of the staff members gave us quite a bit of false information regarding our stay but besides that they were helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Loved staying here, in the heart of Edinburgh, next to the Royal Mile. The staff were there to greet and instruct us upon arrival, but they were quite busy at checkout. The room was basic but perfect for our needs (two separate rooms and beds, and a kitchen area) at the price offered. Many thanks!

Great central location and a great base to get around/explore Edinburgh.Fantastic staff at the front desk - extremely helpful. Even the cleaners were helpful and accommodating! This was let down by the physical building - as student accommodation the doors are fitted with closers, so they keep slamming. The building is getting on in age and I guess you get what you paid for.
