"Casino is pretty small "

"We stay at the Horseshoe 2 times a year and we love it. Clean,Good food and easy access to monorail. We will always come back!"

"No airport shuttle, no room amenities (I.e., no coffee maker, no refrigerator), pool was not available, fitness center closed. Even the tv didn’t work for two days. Concierge provided directions to different elevators, but had no information on local events or ticket availability. Guest information on events was provided only if you listened to a 2 hour spiel. Not recommended!"

"Self check in is a struggle and not sure how that saves time. Very frustrating "

"Room was alright. Would have been better if it were clean. Also, would have been good for there to be some kind of foot mat at the door. Staff was friendly. The outdoor dog area was quite good. "

"The Elevator in our building was out of service for 5 days during our stay. The Valencia Restaurant has a good vibe but the service is slow. Breakfast was ok. The water park is nice and the convenience store/cafe is also nice. Internal walk from room to reception/ restaurant is not easy. could be confusing. The isle is also narrow when you have many guests using the pathway. The Room was in great condition/ Nice beds / good appliances/ washer and dryer inside"
