"Our room was great. Everything was clean. The pillows were horrible, fluffy, but went flat quickly. The hotel gives aluminum refillable water bottles, but no water refill stations. But we noticed it was like that through the city."

"The location cannot be beat. Very close to Gaslamp, very walkable. Right on the waterfront. Easy to get to all the major attractions. One of the best Embassy suites we’ve stayed in too. Very clean, managers special every evening, complimentary breakfast with the omelette station. Rooms were clean and updated and very spacious. All of the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you. "
