We stayed in the 2 Queen Bed Suite. From the time of check-in to the time of check-out, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was always spotless...I actually thought this was a newer built hotel but after speaking to Alfredo at the front desk, he stated that they had been there for ...
Was great overall. But the bed in our room was not comfortable. Not sure if it’s because it was old or needed to be rotated. But it was sunken in the middle and didn’t support our backs and necks. Was a problem. Otherwise we loved our stay.
I loved the friendliness of the staff and the ability to check in an hour earlier. We had a great time and the hotel is in a great location.
The view of the marina was amazing. Great friendly staff and hotel amenities would highly recommend to anyone visiting.
There were only 2 things I didn't like... getting charged $38 per day for parking and another $32 per day for amenities. When I booked the stay I was unaware of those 2 things. That added $300 to my bill. That's very pricey!
Beautiful grounds - felt like we were in a tropical getaway. Great place to stay with kids.
