"This resort was amazing. I did not meet one bad staff member, everyone was SO nice and welcoming! Eduardo, Silvia and Jesus had great entertainment at the pool. Daniel, Balan, and Miquel were Amazing bartenders!! Daniel made a tasty "Dirty Monkey" and he remembered that was my fave drink whenever i came back to his bar(there are so many bars to go too).We never left the resort and did not need too. I highly recommend this resort. We got a room with a jacuzzi on the roof and bwing out there to look up at the stars was great. Room service was great. I really dont have anything bad to say about this place. They did have quite a few weddings the week we were there, so they end up closing off one of the pools and bars and you can hear the music going up until about 11pm. But it really wasnt that bad at all. I kind of enjoyed hearing the music while enjoying our jacuzzi. Again, i highly recommend this resort. Had an amazing time. "

"Loved everything about this place evening theaters, who shows were amazing food was amazing. Drinks was amazing. Top shelf liquor beds were comfortable rooms were nice and clean. The whole thing the building is very clean, lots of people serving on you. Good, very, very good service. We also enjoyed all the little Starbucks shops. Lots of snacks, frappuccinos, lattes, cappuccinos, anything you can think of if this was where it's got it. All the kids club was amazing. Lots of activities for them to do the activities in the big pool, kayaking, right? Paddleboarding, the floating.everything was amazing. Yeah."
