There was no information in the room so we had to ask where the restaurant was etc. Also most hotels now provide bottled water in the room so we were surprised there wasn't any. Only couple of improvements I would suggest is if you don't supply toiletries (shower gel/shampoo) then advise before the stay, a curtain covering the window in room 15 would have helped as light came through the blinds at 6am, and adjust the door closers to slow down the last bit of the close as the neighbouring room doors banged.
