Room very small and hot. No customer service at all. Rubbish breakfast. Experience let me down, room and service didn't live up to the expectations at all.

coping with the virus
due to the coronavirus situation the hotel was making a good job of coping but I missed not having a cooked breakfast. May be every thing will be back to normal soon and the virus will be a thing of the past.

Staff and service was brilliant but the room could do with a face lift as chips on the headboard and scuff marks on the walls. Problem was the walls are so thin you can hear everything when people are coming back at various times. Breakfast was close to being perfect bit would have been nice if we had been asked how we wanted our eggs and the bacon was rock hard.
