"Beds were super comfortable!! Great location!"

"Great location - close to Victoria underground and train station, walkable to many dining options and shops. Rooms were well equiped for cooking own meals but it’d be great to offer guests a small sponge and dish detergent to hand wash dishes rather than only the dish washer. The July only had opened 2 weeks prior to us checking in, so it was a fresh new clean accomodation. The gym was simple but also had a sign it was in the process of adding more equipment. Sauna/wellness area was really clean and calm. The reception was kind and let us use this area to change before checking in after our 36 hour journey to London. Being a gold expedia status, we didn’t receive the free room upgrade but did have an hour extra for late check out. It was quiet and at times felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. Overall, really nice stay, room was clean and nicely decorated. Fantastic location and we’d stay again!"

"After getting past the glassed in reception the place feels very homey and safe. It’s clean, larger rooms and the window as great. They provide shampoo, soap, and coffee. The shower is the entire bathroom so that was interesting for someone travelling from North America although it’s common in the UK. Despite what the listing says there’s no breakfast option anymore. The room was a bit loud both from steer traffic and other rooms. Overall convenient, safe and affordable. "
