"Very comfortable room, bed, etc. The restaurant is excellent, and the bar is open late. Would definitely stay again. It is serviced by the Heathrow Hoppa shuttle, and that was very convenient."

"It does what it says on the tin, easy access to Heathrow for a pre flight or post flight stay. Nothing else to ride home about just a normal hotel. The staff are super friendly."

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle

"The location of this hotel is excellent right next to the Tower of London andbthe Thames. Whilst the room was very comfortable unfortunately the shower drain could not cope with the shower flow which led to water lying all pver the bathroom floor. We made reception aware when we left and they said the6 would look into it straight away."

"Rooms are not supplied with DND signs. Every morning starting at 8:30 am we got repeated knocks on the door from room service. Despite saying ‘no thanks’ they were back again 15 minutes later. On the last day (of 3) we had late checkout arranged and still they were knocking on the door 90 minutes before we had to vacate the room. In this day and age of smart phones this should not be happening!!"

"This is a really good budget hotel in a central area with lots of amenities. The staff are super friendly and make you feel very welcome. There is the added bonus of a cooked breakfast of bacon and eggs. The rooms are basic but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The communal bathroom is kept very clean and the shower is good with plenty of hot water. I would definately stay here again."
