"The room was good, had everything I needed. But it could have done with freshening up with a lick of paint. It was quite noisy, being on the second floor and having single glazing so the noise from the street below woke me up. The bed was comfortable and the linen was good quality and spotless. I would stay here again, it did everything I needed. "

"The Z Victoria is in a great location , very convenient to everything, food shopping and transportation. The room was nice, extremely comfy bed. And the staff was very helpful. The space is small. Things I didn’t care for; no hair dryer, you can’t draw the window shade. I didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment. I’d stay again. "

"A couples weekend in London, we saw there was an offer through hotels.com and went for it. Staff were very friendly. We'd arrived before check in on the assumption we would just drop our bags into storage and come back after a quick explore around South Kensington. As it was, our room was ready and we were able to drop our gear off and refresh before heading out. Very pleased with the breakfast and service during this time. Also the bar/lounge area was very well set up and service was exemplary. My wife used the swimming pool and was very pleased. The only hiccup being that she and my mother-in-law (who also stayed over on the Saturday night..) inadvertently wandered into the men's changing room without realising it. Luckily there were no casualties!! Would recommend this hotel for it's service and it's location for sites like the museums, the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. We would definitely consider staying again. "

"Great location for transportation and visiting the theater and many restaurants/pubs nearby. Room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We would have liked more pillows on the bed and fluffier ones. Breakfast variety was excellent, the buffet was HUGE and staff were constantly refreshing items. The breakfast room was noisy and a bit chaotic because there were a lot of guests, but we were seated immediately each time we visited. Staff were very friendly and efficient! Overall a very comfortable stay. "
