Nicely decorated ands still feeling up to date after decades of being "known". The breakfast is great and the afternoon tea also good - just feels a little overpriced for location and amenities.

I love the location. It is close to everything either through tube access or walking distance. The hotel is tastefully decorated and the staff are friendly, professional, and always very pleasant.
